I am honored to walk with others on their path to become more whole, integrated and authentic. I love to work with individuals who are ready for change and open to different modalities to achieve that change.
I specialize in perinatal mental health and trauma. Outside of my specialities I love to work with individuals from all backgrounds and in all phases of life. I offer gentle, holistic support tailored to my client’s unique needs. Whether they are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or are on a path to heal from past experiences- I aim to help others find balance, health and peace in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Individual Therapy
Therapy in Maryville, TN for those experiencing trauma, who are in the perinatal period, struggle with anxiety, depression and those who are neurodivergent. I use a variety of techniques including EMDR, AAIT, IFS informed and Focus Oriented Psychotherapy.
EMDR Intensives
Two or Three day Therapy Intensives utilizing a variety of trauma techniques as well as somatic therapy techniques in order to process childhood, birth and other types of trauma.

Are you and your partner struggling with the transition into parenthood? Do you have a firm relationship but find yourselves keeping score? Is one person taking over the emotional and mental load of parenting? If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions coaching may be an option for you!

Are you finding yourself anxious and overwhelmed? Have you experienced a traumatic childhood? Are you experiencing anxiety and/or depression while pregnant or postpartum? Are you struggling with issues related to fertility? Have you experienced infant or child loss? If you answered yes to any of these questions therapy may be a great option for you.

Are you working with a therapist who has suggested you seek EMDR treatment? Do you have a traumatic event that is causing you present pain and struggle? Is therapy every week for only 50 minutes not helping in the way you wish it would? Do you wish to heal wounds created by traumatic events in your life? If you answered yes to these questions and can commit to 2-3 days of therapy then an intensive may be for you.
